The Worth Park District is dedicated to offering opportunities to enjoy life through quality programs, services, and facilities. By co-creating long-term plans and assessing the community’s needs, it will result in a stronger, more resilient Park District

Starting with this survey, the Park District will continue to seek input from its users on areas to improve and to gauge your feelings on certain topics that may come before the Board of Park Commissioners and staff. Please look for the Park District to have a survey available each season.
